On Thursday April 20th we have a visit from ‘Supercycling Man’ (aka Will Hodson an elementary teacher from London): He travelled across all the 7 Continents with his bicycle
Here is is a summary of what he has been up to:
He is riding around the world in order to:-
- Raise £100,000 for Parkinson’s UK and several other charities
- Cycle 100,000 kilometres across all 7 continents (including Antarctica) - a world first
- Engage 100,000 children with the adventure through school visits and video ca
Supercycling Man lead a whole school assembly first thing on Thursday morning and visited each grade level throughout the day. The theme of his classroom visits is ‘resilience’ as he explained how he travel, what are is joys, his challenges...
