Gr 2: Gr 2 students who presented their " Je suis" poster.
Gr 3: The students who reviewed their predictions to understand when and how to use articles in French (un/le, une/la, des/les)
Gr 4: Pearce and Xun Kenn for consistent and engaged while completing their video. 
Gr 5: All the students who did their utmost to understand French authentic books!

Book week

We are excited to celebrate books and the diverse voices they share in a big way this week! Elementary welcomes Ellen Leou, our visiting author from Hong Kong. Ellen will be sharing read alouds, and leading  writer’s workshops and illustrator’s workshops. There are a myriad of other exciting activities taking place every day across the school including parents reading stories in their mother tongue, Poem In Your Pocket and Drop Everything And Read (DEAR) times everyday.

The French Institute offered us more than 100 magazines in French language... they are so generous!

On Friday, we had our assembly and finally, our parade: such a fun activity!

International Peace Day... such a great event!

 We celebrated the International Day of Peace on Wednesday, 21 of Septembre. 

1. But what is the International Day of Peace?

All the students have been so creative in working with their mates about tis topic and founded creative way to express what Peace means for them and how to promote it in their daily life.

Gr 2,3, 4: All of you completed your last summative assessment successfully. I am very proud of you and amazed by all the new French learners who had done wonderful efforts to catch up! Well done! 
 Gr 5: The different groups that work independently to understand and authentic French text and answer questions.
